SCS Indigenous's corporate sustainability

SCS Indigenous is committed to delivering consistent, high-quality services while continually improving the way we support our clients, our people and our communities.

Our people are the key to our success

Gender equity
We are committed to increasing the representation of women in leadership roles and recognise that greater gender equity benefits our people, our clients and the communities we serve.

We are committed to ensuring employees performing work of equal value receive equal pay.

We support the recruitment, retention, development and career progression of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees, creating meaningful opportunities for long-term success.
We foster a workplace that is respectful, inclusive and accessible for people with disability, including our employees, clients and the communities we serve.
We work to remove barriers to employment by creating opportunities for people facing disadvantage, including the long-term unemployed, new arrivals, refugees and former offenders.

SCS Indigenous acknowledges the Traditional Owners and ongoing custodians of the Australian land — the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

We recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and community.

We pay our respects to them and their cultures; and to Elders both past and present.
